back home things are better now. Tony Stark bought dad an apartment after we helped take down Carnage. So that's two times now my place of living has been purchased with Tony Stark Money.

Well, back home, he did it as a thank you for helping stop Carnage. Well, also because I think he felt a little sorry for us? But stopping Carnage was the official line he used anyway.

Here, I think he and Diana were friends so he left the company to her if something happened to him, and then she left it to me.
